Yaavarum Nalam’s premiere was held on 6th of March at the INOX Theatre in Chennai. The show started with huge expectations from the audiences at 10:20 pm. The movie has been made in the horror genre, which always has attracted the Tamil audiences, and so did Yaavarum Nalam.
The movie was promoted as the horror flick and hence many of the dignitaries from the movie world were present to watch the premiere. Vikram K. Kumar directed Yaavarum Nalam.
Among the film personalities spotted at the premiere there where names like the directors Venkat Prabhu, Dharani, Kreedom Vijay, Premji Amaran, cinematographer Ravi Varman, music director Dharan, actresses Sandhya, Rohini, Kushboo, Kasthoori, Fathima Babu, Uma Padmanaban, Vijay adhiraj, assistant director Shruthi, and music director Selvaganesh Vikku Vinayakram.

Sathyajyothi Films, the finest and oldest production houses in Tamil cinema is all set for their next venture titled ‘Baana’.
The last movie of the clean family-entertaining house was ‘Jayam Kondraan’ which has the direction of Kannan. The movie was a hit at the box office and had Bhavana, Lekha Washington and Vinay in the lead roles.
The other ventures of the Sathyajyothi Films production house include ‘Em Magan’ and ‘Muniyandi Villangiyal Moondram Aandu’. Both these movies had Bharath as the protagonist and have the direction of Thirumurugan.
The title ‘Baana’ came up in an interesting way. The movie has five leading lady in it and taking first letter of every actress name resulted in the title of the movie.
Pooja for the venture will be done one Monday. Though the leading men in the movie is yet to be finalized. Mar be after Monday the suspense of leading men will be over.

Actress-turned-producer Radhika got injured during the shoot of a TV serial in Chennai. The TV serial is of her home production Raadan Media works, and the actress is donning a cameo in the serial titled Arasi.
The accident took place during the shoot of a scene in which Radhika was supposed to run fast, the scene was shot at the Chennai Light House. Unfortunately, Radhika banged her skull on the wall, which caused sever bleeding from her head. Radhika immediately was taken to the hospital for the treatment.
The actress came back to home after the treatment. As per the sources the shooting for the serial will be on hold till the actress recovers completely.

The shooting for Bharath’s Thambikku Indha Ooru will begin in very short span of time. The movie will have the direction of Veerappu and Aindham Padai fame Badri, and will have Bharath and Sana Khan in the lead roles.
As per the crew of the movie, it will be a lighthearted story. There is no place for unnecessary violence or strong elements in the movie as they can destroy the feel of the beautiful movie. It is also said that the comic act of Vivek, along with the Telugu comedy king Brahmanandam, will surely make the audiences roll.
The shoot for the movie will start in Australia, and most of the first half will be shot there. Then after the unit will move to India where the rest of the shooting will be done.

The shoot for Mani Ratnam’s high profile venture is proceeding unhindered since the past few months. The media persons were also a bit busy updating their databases about the news related to the movie.
According to the media personals there was news a bit ago that the movie will be titled Ashokavanam for the Tamil version and will be called Raavan in Hindi, though there were no such confirmation from the makers of the bilingual venture. And the official announcement regarding the title has yet to be made.
Earlier there were speculations of the title, Ashokavanam, because there were news of Kasthuriraja registering the same title. But now the picture is getting clearer and there is a clear indication that the movie surely will have the title Ravana for the Hindi version, though the decision on the Tamil version has yet to be made. There are chances of both the versions having the same title Ravana due to the problem mentioned above. Though the official confirmation is yet to be received.
